- 8 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 2 cups grated beets
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 2 cups marinated tofu
Dressing
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup tamari
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
Instructions
