Recipe for the VEGETABLE & TOFU KABOBS
Servings: 3–4
Prep Time: 15 minutes (+ marinating)
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- ⅓ cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Press tofu and cut into cubes.
- Mix marinade ingredients and add tofu.
- Marinate at least 30 minutes (longer for more flavor).
- Thread onto skewers with vegetables if desired.
- Grill, bake, or pan-fry until lightly browned.
