Ingredients
- 12 oz extra-firm tofu
- 1–2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice tofu into ¼-inch pieces.
- Place tamari in one bowl and nutritional yeast in another.
- Dip tofu into tamari, then coat with nutritional yeast.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook tofu for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
