Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- ¾ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon date sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 cup dry macaroni
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Instructions
- Blend cashews and dry ingredients into a fine powder.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Combine ⅓ cup mix with 1 cup liquid in a saucepan.
- Heat and whisk until thickened.
- Toss with cooked pasta and serve.
