Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup oats
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Pulse chickpeas, onion, garlic, walnuts, and oats into a coarse mixture.
- Transfer to bowl and mix in rice, soy sauce, spices, and ketchup.
- Form into small balls.
- Heat oil and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Serve hot.
