Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ onion
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup peppers
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 cup tofu or beans
- ⅓ cup stir-fry sauce
- Bean sprouts
- Cashews (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oils in a wok or large pan.
- Add onion, ginger, and garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add carrots and broccoli and cook until nearly tender.
- Add remaining vegetables and protein.
- Stir in sauce and heat through.
- Top with sprouts and cashews and serve.
